Exciting news from Moretons Brasserie

When we reopen on the 2nd October we are pleased to welcome the Talented Chefs Lachie McCallum and Kirsty Laird from “Obelix and Co”, in Fitzroy North who will be running the kitchen at Moretons,

Their background has been working in some of the top restaurants in Melbourne and overseas.

Presently they have united their love of French cuisine and Australian produce to make a range of smallgoods, terrines, pâté and rillettes made with locally sourced ingredients, you’ll find handcrafted delicacies including terrine made from beef tongue by Gippsland’s Milk Fed Beef and free-range pork sausages made from Bundarra Berkshires sold at their deli Obelix and Co
We look forward to seeing you all shortly as this new development takes place at Moretons.
